The issues: - The driver was driving way to fast. At one point we almost crashed the car into a red car in front of us, because your driver was “feeling the music he was listening to”. So my health was indangered. - He dropped me off at the Marriott Courtyard instead of Terminal 2 departure level. - He told me that I have to pay an extra 100 CZK to him if I want him to take me to the terminal entrance. Since I had no cash with me I had to walk from the hotel with 3 suitcases and find Terminal 2 departures by myself. It was very inconvenient. - He told me that I have to pay with cash, because he doesn’t have the credit card terminal with him. However on my booking it was stated that I will pay by card in the car.
