The driver was friendly and helpful.
I was a bit disappointed that we had to pay the driver extra for his waiting time. It took us a longtime to get through passport control. I don't see why we should be penalized over something we had no control over.
I don't recall reading anything in your email regarding paying the driver extra for waiting time .
Perhaps you should make it clear in your email that there may be an additional charge if the driver has to wait additional time.

Driver abused us for being late as he said he had been waiting for us for 1 hour and the fees were 50 euros per hour. We disembarked aircraft and went immediately to baggage claim and exited terminal 2. Waited with airport attendant with us at the visitors centre desk for 45 minutes reading every placard and our driver was not there, I went to the desk also but they just said he may have been caught in traffic. Very disappointed in his abusive manner
