Overall, we had a great experience with the service. The online booking process was slightly more challenging compared to other platforms, but I do appreciate the convenience of an online form over phone registration. Our driver was professional and punctual, though the tone in the WhatsApp messages felt a bit off—this might have been due to a language barrier or simply a misunderstanding on my part. Excellent customer service is key, and a little more clarity in communication could make the experience even better.
