Overall the service provided is acceptable. The only issue is the driver wanted me to pay in cash or debit card. He claimed that US credit cards do not work. It was only after I told him that the reservation confirmation indicated that I could pay by credit card that he decided to take out his credit card processing device. When the credit card payment went through immediately, he remarked "Oh you have a good bank!".

Driver was super nice and friendly and even give us suggestions on some activity here in Prague. His driving was a little fast and bumpy, not recommended if you get car sick easily like me. Recommended 9/10
