There was one bit of confusion about payment.
I believe your website page that offers the airport transfer service indicates that the payment will be added to out hotel bill. The driver said no, and so we paid him directly, which is fine, but that seems to be in contradiction to the website instructions.

I made a reservation for a minivan 6 persons. Unfortunatly at our arrival, the driver came with a car for 4. He ordered a van immediatly after I showed him my reservation, but we had to wait around 15 min before the van arrived.
