Our Bus were late 45 Minutes and the driver kept on waiting for us the whole time. At the start of our Bus journey he sended us a welcome by WhatsApp and kept contact during the ride. We could always let him know, how long it still will take us. It was really comfortable for us - thank you very much!

The driver was constantly on his phone while driving, which was unsafe and unprofessional. And he wanted us to book the return with him directly, which was weird. This driver was not friendly and not professional at all.
