Booking procedure

1. Step
Choose DIRECTION and type of transport (airport transfer / train station transfer / bus station transfer / trips and excursions)

2. Step
Fill in the order form. Items marked with an asterisk are mandatory. Please fill in correctly the boxes "E-mail" and "Cell phone" (including your country and area code)

3. Step
After sending the order form a confirmation will appear on-screen. You will also recieve a confirmation email within few minutes.

4. Step
After reservation processing (usualy within few minutes) you will receive a final confirmation email with a link to your voucher including all necessary instructions and final confirmed price.

Terms and conditions
In a moment you make a new reservation by our order form, email, text message or by call to our phone number you agree with our terms and conditions visible here.

Payment methods

CASH
- in CZK or EUR directly to your driver. If you wish to pay in other foreign currency (British pounds "GBP", "US$" or others) we will use the current exchange rate of Czech crowns on the day of transportation.

DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT
- possible on request
- by bank transfer
- by credit card online (+4%)
- by PayPal (+4%).

INVOICING
- to our business partners we also offer a choice of monthly invoicing.

Meeting point / pick up time

Transfer FROM PRAGUE AIRPORT

As we check the flights online, we need your correct FLIGHT NUMBER and ESTIMATED LANDING TIME (you will find these details on your flight ticket). Please inform us in advance if you are traveling only with a hand luggage, otherwise our driver will be waiting for you approximately 15-20 minutes after a real landing at the arrivals and will be holding a sign with your name on it. Don´t worry if your flight has a delay, we don´t charge any fees for waiting to delayed flights.

Transfer TO PRAGUE AIRPORT

Pick up time for a transfer from Prague city center to Vaclav Havel Prague airport is recommended 2,5 hours before take-off. At booked time we will be waiting for you at your address or hotel´s lobby.
