Is it possible to get VAT receipts/invoices sent out company? We often use your service for clients and they seldom remember to turn them in to us.

My connexion flight was delayed and I texted the company using their "app", as we couldn't make it on the day we expected. They never replied and the driver showed up anyway. Of course we were not there... It was a waste of money, and of course we had to arrange another transfer on they day we got our new flight. Do not use the "app", they don't check it and if you have a problem it won't help at all.

Right now our first flight is 2 hours delayed, so we probably won't be able to take the second flight. In that case I will write again to let you know our current status. This is why we didnt informed your driver that you will not be in the plane. We never cant stop any driver if the client doesnt cancel.
