It was heartwarming to be welcomed by your chauffeur in Prague after the train journey from Vienna. Unlike most Prague motorists, this driver was cautious, polite in traffic and met all traffic rules. For some, that may be a normal thing. Trust me when I say it's uncommon in a city where most drivers are short a raisin from a fruitcake.
