I called to verify that the driver would be there because I didn't want to miss my plane. The response I got was "I did you get an email confirmation?" I said yes I did, but I wanted to verify everything was set up... to which he repeated the same sentence. The drive was also standoffish, and about 10 minutes late, and the car wasn't designed to carry 4 people with all their luggage, we fit in but felt a bit like sardines.
