Generally satisfied - the driver very professional, punctual - arrived even few minutes before, the car big enough to fit everything we had. The only problem was, that I requested 2 baby seats for our kids (3 and 5 years old) and the car only had 1 baby seat for the smaller kid. This is the one thing to improve.
