Our flight was delayed 1h and we had no problem, the driver was there. Since the airport is quite far away, it resulted to be very convenient. It was quick (15-20 min ride approx. to the city centre) and confortable. In case of problems or to order the transfer back you can use the WhatsApp number provided in the reservation, they respond very quickly. Good service
