Best thing about your service is the quickness in which you can order and the always guarentee that the driver is there. Very reliable and very easy to use. 1 point of comment: Drivers could be a bit more nice and proactive.

both drivers were very good

The approach of the TIP transport was very professional and supportive. Our flight was late and problematic, half of our lagguages got lost so we had to wait for almost another hour to fill in all forms. The drivers were there, waiting patiently and acting politely all the time. Thank you a lot!

The driver who drove us from the airport to the hotel did not have any change money and suggested to give the change back to me when he would come to pick us to drive from the hotel to the airport in a few days. Although I managed to find the exact amount of money, I find it to be unprofessional, if a driver does not have any change money. And besides, it was another driver who drove us from the hotel to the airport. How could I have known that the first driver told him about the change I was supposed to get back in case I did not give him the exact amount?? Also, one of the drivers did not speak English which is also unprofessional while meeting foreigner customers, but all in all good service and a good price.

Driver is very prompt and not fussy. Only issue is that he does not speak English.
