We were staying at the dead end of a very narrow street/alley near the US Embassy. Driver backed van up to our door and was waiting for us at our 4 am pickup time.
When I tipped him a little extra at the airport (for the middle-of-the-night pickup), he said it was more than necessary.
Excellent service, great value.
