We used transport from airport to apart. But our flight is an international flight and of course it is not possible yo pass the passport control with ourselves. The quene was not our problem. It was not our fault. The luggage waiting is also a time consuming procedure. I think that the company or the driver must know that. Besides we had told about our landing time. We left the adjustment about transport time to the company. We met the driver nearly at 15.40. But he behaved us rudely. And also this is the first time in prague for us, so we did not know anything about tip system in prague. The Driver asked us about any money that we wanted to pay for waiting time . I did not understant that clearly and I tried to explain but he went away told us something about our apart location nervously. That is a very bad start for travellers in a new location. I checked out today and I have never thought to use the transport again. It was a bad experience for us.

Excellent service, reasonable cost, made it so much easier for us. Appreciate that we could be accommodated wth late notice.

Our driver was great, very helpful when we had the wrong address and took us to the correct location.
