RE: hello, thanks for your feedback and we are sorry for your bad feeling. However we think the driver did as much as possible for you. Your plane has been delayed 41 minutes (landed at 22:11). You have met the driver at 22:32 (as written in the confirmation = approx 20-25 minutes after your landing). We suppose the main problem was because of the payment, cause you wanted to pay by credit card. Unfortunately as written in the confirmation as well, the payment is cash directly to the driver if not otherwise confirmed in advance. This is why you spent some extra time by changing money and looking for the ATM. All the time the driver helped you to solve the situation as well as contacting the person who will open your apartment. Thanks for understanding.
