All was very good apart from driver making a fuss about our toddler stepping on the seat! After a 2 hour flight with a 2 year old that is not very high on my list of priorities ut apperantly was for driver. In mitigation we later found that most people were very strict about those things so maybe a cultural thing. But not the best welcome.
