The driver never show up. We contact them
By phone, they told us to hold on, it was the middle of the night and we wait for 15’ and call a Uber to the airport. We arrived 30’ late, fortunate we did not loose the flight because it was 15’ delayed .

Cars were very punctual both ways and cars very clean. Driver who collected us from airport was lovely chatting to us about Prague and generally friendly. Driver who brought us back to airport didn't say much but that was ok and the journey was fine.

Arriving 20 minutes late after being told it will be 4 minutes late is very bad service. This was only known as I need to communicate with them. At no point did they try inform us of being late. Be cautious using this service
