I booked a return trip (from and to the airport), and when I arrived to the hotel with the first driver, it was unclear to me if I should pay the full total to him, or just half. I did pay in full, but then the hotel receptionist did not know, and could not clarify, if I had done the right thing. So I had to send an email to the hotel's management for them to clarify, and in the meantime I was a bit worried. Make sure that this is clarified in the email instructions that you send to customers.
