My email confirmation had us being picked up at 8:15 am.... I got an email from the driver that he would be there at 8:30..... he arrived at 8:28am. I think the office gave him the wrong time

The driver waited for us on time, and everything was good, beside obe thing: we asked for a baby sit for a 1 year old baby and he didn't bring. But we took her in hands and it was fine.
