Driver should not behave rudely to customers if they are late by a minute. Booking was 1815 and i reached 1816 hrs at the location.
On 8th night we did user your services and the driver was 20 minutes late at Praha railway station but we did not utter a word or nor we behaved rudely with him. So was expecting the same here.
Rude behavior was definitely not required here particularly when we are travelling with a baby with us.
