Easy to book, would definitely recommend using this service. The driver was 5-10 minutes late due to traffic in the area, but I had built that into my time to get to the train station, so not an issue. Maybe some way to notify us how far/near the driver is to the pickup location? Thanks.

I was very disappointed by the attitude of the driver. She was very nervous, she talked at the phone nearly all the time, she didn't answer at my questions because she was talki,ang at the phone and told me to wait, and we arrived at the destionation way way too late. Unfortunately, it is a waste of money! I would not recommend it to any of my friends or patients, because I am a doctor and came here for a medical congress.
