The transport was not waiting at the airport when we arrived due to a traffic accident, but the driver was very polite and sent us a message letting us know about it, and arrived a bit later. That also happened to many other people who were also waiting in the airport. I would use this service again.

Email indicates that the driver would assist in finding an ATM outside of the airport to pay the fee. Driver did no such thing and instead asked me to use the ATM at the airport. He also gave me incorrect change back (which I didn't notice until after I had entered the hostel).
