Always a great service. Even when our flight was delayed it was easy just to email the company to let them know. We received a prompt reply and our pick up time was amemded accordingly. We love the ease with which we can reach our destination quickly on our arrival in Prague, so that we can make the most of our leisure time here.

The car was fine. The driver was in time and he helped me with the luggage. However, during the trip he was talking by phone all the time (hands-free), so I couldn't ask for information or advices.
