The was about 5 to 10 minutes late, so we panicked when we came out and did not see someone holding up my name. I had to ask the tourist information twice about what to do twice. I was about to call the company but at that time i got his WhatsApp about waiting in a cafe where i had no idea about the location. In fact i later realised that it was just on the left side of the exit. It wasn’t a perfect way to be greeted and picked up. However the driver was pleasant and courteous!
