Always on time, helpful, pleasant.
One suggestion. For trips TO the airport, when passengers are likely to be anxious about the car turning up, if you send a SMS saying 'your car has been dispatched and should be with you at hh:mm' about 15 minutes before pick-up time it is very reassuring. That's what my taxi company at home does and I very much like the service.
