We were told to wait at the hotel reception - but the driver couldn't find parking, so he was waiting in the car outside. Only after few phone calls and 15 min delay, we met the driver. The ride itself was fine.

Driver was punctual which was very important. Unfortunately the hotel didn't have porter service and the car couldn't be taken upto the hotel and we had to drag out bags upto the hotel which was very inconvenient
