I was very grateful for the shuttle picking us up at the bus station. Arriving in Prague for the first time, it was helpful to know we wouldn't have to try to figure out the bus system with all our bags in hand. The Czech Inn was also really flexible when we found out our bus arrival time would be delayed due to traffic . Our shuttle was a bit late, but after contacting the Czech Inn we were quickly reassured that our driver was on her way. Thanks so much!
