Monica met us with a smile and a clear sign with our name. The vehicle was lovely and clean with sufficient space for our 6 suitcases + hand luggage. She dropped us right in front of the apartment door and offered to call our apartment representative for us. She organised with us our return journey to the airport making the whole experience very smooth and pleasant.
