I did not use the service for the way back since I have not left yet but strongly considering doing so. It was great being picked up. The driver was there before us with a sign with my name on it. Our train was a little bit delayed but he was still there. He was very pleasant, spoke some English but since I know some Czech I took the opportunity to get some practice. He took us to the apartment quickly and knew exactly where we neede to meet our contact for the apartment. Great service!!
