Driver was not only punctual, but arrived five minutes earlier than my reservation. He was polite and drove safely to the airport. The car was perfectly clean. I was very happy with the whole experience, from booking to arrival at the airport.

Thanks to Karolina, communications were so correctly and quickly. The receptionist (don't know her name, sorry)
was kind and warm with her big smile and replied to all of our questions. The room was huge and clean and kitchen facilities was perfect to make breakfasts every morning, but we wanted a washing machine. The location is excellent for dine out, shopping and walk-around the old town.
No complain at all totally. Thank you very much.
