Sophie's hostel was wonderful. They were so helpful with everything and were extremely happy to help! We had a wonderful experience.

Our flight landed at 0915 hrs and when we met the driver at 0940 at the arrival hall, he was visibly upset. In fact he questioned why we took so "long " to exit without verifying if the gate was far away. Our child had to go to the washroom but I didn't think that the driver was very professional.
