Had to wait 10 minutes for my driver to arrive. I thought I would be able to take my taxi as soon as I got there but had to wait. Punctuality is very important, that is why I pre-booked the taxi, so I wouldn't have to wait. Apart from that all good.

REPLY: Dear Anna, thanks for your feedback. Sorry for the waiting but we suppose the driver was almost on time. Your plane has landed little earlier (22:29) than expected time (22:45). By our records you were picked up by the driver at 22:51. As it is written in the confirmation the drivers appear at arrivals approximately 20 minutes after plane landing. Was charged 44 eur for return trip instead of 42 as advertised. First driver hardly spoke english, so we didn't argue.

My driver was very polite and respectful, he gave me pointers and suggestions on where to go. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling in Prague.
