We had a 15min delay and our taxi driver wasn't there yet. It was very inconvenient for me as this was a surprise for my mother like i mentioned in my request email. When he came, he had a piece of paper with the name in fluo. On the back there was the name of another customer which wasn't really nice to see. The driver was very friendly and helpful. I have never waited for anyone when I ordered a taxi service, punctuality is a must.
